El Colegio del Cuerpo is an artisitic and educational - non-for-profit corporation. For the past 25 years it has trainned world-class dance artists, members

of Compañía Cuerpo de Indias and citizens of Peace. El Colegio del Cuerpo educates for dance and with dance.

It is a community of social entreperneurs that through Art and the search of excellence, impacts and transforms individuals and communities. Through the technique of contemporary dance (our core language) we sculpt human beings who are part of a great social sculpture.

Directed by choreographers Álvaro Restrepo (Colombia) and Marie-France Delieuvin (France), Compañía Cuerpo de Indias is recognized as one of the emblematic proposals of Contemporary Dance in the international scene. Its creation and interpretation work has been performed in the Americas, Europe, Asia and Africa, thus contributing to transform the image of the country in the world.
